Pete is a principal and senior consultant in the global HR consulting firm
Mercer, having joined them in 2002 in the Portland office. His background
includes over 30 years of experience in both corporate human resources and
senior management teams. Involved with Mercer’s regional market development
business, Pete works with clients in the effective utilization of human capital
in the overall business strategy.
Pete’s prior domestic and international experience includes significant senior
leadership in organizations including The Walt Disney Company, Charles Schwab &
Company, Intel, United Airlines, Gardenburger Inc., and Crown Zellerbach. He
holds a BA from San Francisco State University and has served as an adjunct
faculty member in the School of Business at Portland State University. Pete is a
member of the Human Resources Planning Society and World@Work. He was involved
in the formation of the PNWHRSF affiliate, and currently serves as a director
and co-chair of its membership committee.
