InFocus will host this P2P program on the topic of “Managing Well in a Virtual Corporation”. This is a great opportunity to learn about InFocus’ approach and to engage in discussion with other internal HR colleagues who work in organizations with employees in vastly different time zones and countries. Discussion will include tips and tools, and mine-fields, for those who desire to manage these organizations and employees well. This will benefit everyone…from the larger organizations like Nike, Intel, Freightliner, Siltronic, Tektronix, MentorGraphics, etc., with management teams spread throughout the world, to smaller organizations with international operations.

In order to facilitate the free flow of information, Peer 2 Peer Workshops are available to “internals” (members of a corporate entity), and not to external consultants/ service providers.
