Lisa Ann Edwards has co-authored Measuring ROI in Coaching for New Hire
Employee Retention: A Global Media Company published in ROI in Action
Casebook (Pfeiffer, 2008) and Managing Talent Retention: An ROI Approach
(Pfeiffer, 2009). She can be heard on KKNW,where she is a
regular guest on the show Work Does Matter. She is working on her next
book, a unique approach to personal engagement at work.
In her role as head of Learning & Development for Corbis, a Bill
Gate's-owned global media company, Edwards is responsible for designing
and implementing effective talent development She is a current board
member of the Pacific Northwest Human Resources Strategic Forum and a
Past-President of the American Society for Training & Development –
Puget Sound Chapter. Edwards is a certified coach from the International
Coaching Federation and her formal education includes a bachelor's
degree in Psychology from St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana and
a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist
University.
